At Knap Tours, we understand that travel plans may change, and we strive to accommodate refund requests within the framework of our policy. By booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Refund Terms

  • All payments are subject to a 30% deposit fee, which is non-refundable.

  • Refund percentages are based on the number of days before the scheduled tour departure.

2. Cancellation Refund Structure

  • 70% refund if you cancel 90 days or more before departure.

  • 50% refund if you cancel within 60 to 89 days before departure.

  • 25% refund if you cancel within 31 to 59 days before departure.

  • No refund if you cancel 30 days or less before departure.

3. Flight Bookings

  • Knap Tours does not book international flights.

  • If we arrange domestic flights on your behalf, these are non-refundable regardless of the cancellation timeline.

4. Additional Terms

  • Refunds apply only to tours, accommodations, and other services booked through Knap Tours, excluding flights.

  • All refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to banking and administrative processing times.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

5. Governing Law
This refund policy is governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from refunds or cancellations shall be subject to South African legal jurisdiction.
