Upon arrival at Maun Airport, you'll meet your local guide and begin your adventure into the Okavango Delta. Travel by road to the mokoro station, then glide through the waterways by traditional canoe until you reach your remote island campsite. After settling in and enjoying a delicious lunch, set off on an evening mokoro excursion to watch the sun dip over the reeds. Return to camp for a freshly prepared dinner and a night under the stars.
Mid-range Camping inside Okavango Delta
Rise with the sun for a guided walking safari led by expert local trackers. This is a chance to learn about animal tracks, plants, and the ecosystem while spotting wildlife on foot. You’ll return by mokoro to the poling station, where your transfer vehicle will take you back to Maun Airport.
